It is located at the heart of Tel Aviv's cultural center, which is situated at the intersection of three main avenues – Rothschild Avenue, Chen Avenue and Ben-Zion Avenue - all ending at the national theater HaBima square. This center includes the buildings of Heichal HaTarbut, Helena Rubinstein Pavilion, and HaBima theater. Therefore Kiriaty Center will be a cultural center as well as a hotel.
