Preservation and new construction for an elementary School in the heart of Tel aviv. The original Buidling was designed in 1934 by architect Yaakpv Ben Sira Shiffman as the first Magen Daviv Adom building, It was built as a three story structure in the international style. The Building's renovation and its extension and adaption were carried out in 2015 for the expansion of the Balfur school.
