218 Ben Yehuda st. is a 900 sqm preservation building from the 1930's. The original building was four-stories high. In our planning, two additional floors were added and the whole building went through massive renovation.
The six-story building inhabitants 13 apartments and two stores at the street level. The building is currently under construction.
