The building on Hahashmal street was designed as a townhouse with two stories and partial basement for residential purposes for Ms. Sarah Ginsburg. It was designed in the eclectic period style, and was built in 1925 in the heart of the Ramat Hasharon neighborhood.
The preserved building looks out over an historic well in the street, and is located in the buffer zone of the UNESCO declared white city area. The refurbished building includes 14 unique apartments, including penthouses and garden apartments.
