Norman Hotel |
The two historical buildings of Nahmani 23 and 25, right in front of King Albert square, are located in the heart of the historical "White City" of Tel Aviv and were declared as preservation buildings. The Norman Hotel design includes the building renovation and restoration, and two new expended wings.

Nahmani 23
The house on Nahmani 23 was designed by architect M. Cherner for Mrs. Friedman in 1925. The building was declared preservation level A. The plans and facades are eclectic, oriental influenced on the ground floor, and Renaissance influenced on the top floors.
The building is made out of silicate and is covered in plaster, as the florence rustica. It was preserved in 2012. Building & Preservation architect: Yoav Messer Channel 10 Article | November 2014 |
Nahmani 25The Hasya & Isser Romanov House was designed by arcitect Leo Adler in 1923 and was built in 1925. The building was declared preservation level A. It is symmetric and classic with a modern thought process that was innovative at the time. The structure has simple straight lines, and no unnecessary embellishments.The building has specific details for that era, of concrete shading and wooden shutters. It was preserved in 2012.
