The center includes restaurants and an urban street gallery on the ground floor, five-story hotel, art galleries, theaters and a commercial center in a context of culture. It is located at the heart of Tel Aviv's cultural center, which is situated at the intersection of three main avenues – Rothschild Avenue, Chen Avenue and Ben-Zion Avenue - all ending at the national theater HaBima square. This center includes the buildings of Heichal HaTarbut, Helena Rubinstein Pavilion, and HaBima theater. Therefore Kiriaty Center will be a cultural center as well as a hotel.

The digital revolution, with emphasis on social networking and cyberspace, has become the modern square. The urge for exposure is gaining momentum. Every person's daily routine is a source for sharing and externalization. The unique facade of Kiriaty Center empowers and emphasizes the drama of life and
potential of the individual. It gives a stage for the magic of human
interaction, extracts it from the virtual space, exposes it, and creates a
platform, a stage in front of the public square. For instance, a couple on the porch is a show, a morning
cigarette in front of the square is a scene, and a young artist who decides to
play opposite the square is a concert.
